Job Type: 12 Month FTC
Location: Edinburgh, Wythall or Telford.

The role
You will support P&S by providing expert consultancy in ensuring business resilience goals are met. You’ll review and challenge Important Business Services Mapping, Business Impact Assessments and Business Continuity Plans and create an annual business level test plan, deliver testing and reporting of outputs for P&S. You’ll use data, metrics and other information to develop insight and identify opportunities for improvements to resilience objectives. You will also collaborate with wider resilience teams, P&S and the Group on managing dependencies and emerging risks and reacting to disruptions.
What are we looking for?
- An excellent understanding of external regulations and requirements for business resilience, from an operational and digital perspective
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to consult and collaborate well across the Group
- Confident when delivering advice and consultancy expertise to the business, particularly in relation to business resilience
- Used to using management information (MI) and data to identify emerging risks and continuous improvements, explaining technical information in a user friendly manner
