Senior Client Advisor

Als Senior Client Advisor Employee Benefits ondersteun je het commerciële team met technische expertise, data-analyse en inhoudelijke voorbereiding van klantendossiers. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het vertalen van klantbehoeften naar performante en wettelijk conforme oplossingen binnen het domein van Employee Benefits.
Je combineert analytisch inzicht met kennis van wetgeving en verzekeringsproducten, en werkt nauw samen met account managers, verzekeraars en interne specialisten.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
· Ondersteunen van account managers bij het opstellen van offertes, simulaties en technische voorstellen.
·Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en benchmarking van bestaande Employee Benefits-plannen.
·Opvolgen van wijzigingen in fiscale en sociale wetgeving en vertalen naar concrete adviezen.
·Beheren van tools en systemen voor berekeningen, rapportering en documentbeheer.
·Voorbereiden van klantpresentaties en technische documentatie.
·Analyseren van marktgegevens en trends binnen groepsverzekeringen, hospitalisatie, pensioenplannen, enz.
·Ondersteunen bij onderhandelingen met verzekeraars en andere externe partijen.
·Signaleren van optimalisatiekansen in processen en systemen.
·Samenwerken met interne teams en bijdragen aan kennisdeling en kwaliteitsverbetering.
Jouw profiel:
· Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master diploma in een economische, actuariële of juridische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
· Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een technische of analytische functie binnen Employee Benefits of verzekeringen.
·Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
·Je hebt ervaring met het interpreteren van wetgeving en het vertalen ervan naar klantgerichte oplossingen.
·Je bent een goede communicator, resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en georganiseerd.
·Als teamspeler heb je het vermogen om vlot samen te werken met interne en externe stakeholders.
·Je kan technische informatie helder overbrengen aan niet-technische collega’s en klanten.
·Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
·Je kan uitstekend overweg met MS Office 365.

En tant que Senior Client Advisor Employee Benefits, vous soutenez l’équipe commerciale par votre expertise technique, vos analyses de données et la préparation de dossiers clients. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la traduction des besoins des clients en solutions performantes et conformes à la législation dans le domaine des Employee Benefits.
Vous combinez une vision analytique avec une connaissance approfondie de la législation et des produits d’assurance, et vous collaborez étroitement avec les account managers, les assureurs et les spécialistes internes.
Vos responsabilités :
• Soutenir les account managers dans la préparation d’offres, de simulations et de propositions
techniques.
• Réaliser des analyses de risques et des benchmarks des plans d’Employee Benefits existants.
• Suivre les évolutions de la législation fiscale et sociale et les traduire en conseils concrets.
• Gérer les outils et systèmes pour les calculs, les rapports et la gestion documentaire.
• Préparer des présentations clients et de la documentation technique.
• Analyser les données du marché et les tendances en matière d’assurances groupe, hospitalisation,
plans de pension, etc.
• Soutenir les négociations avec les assureurs et autres parties externes.
• Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des processus et des systèmes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes internes et contribuer au partage des connaissances et à l’amélioration
de la qualité.
Votre profil :
• Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de Bachelier ou Master en économie, actuariat ou droit (ou
équivalent par expérience).
• Vous avez au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction technique ou analytique dans le domaine
des Employee Benefits ou des assurances.
• Vous disposez de solides compétences analytiques et travaillez de manière précise et structurée.
• Vous avez de l’expérience dans l’interprétation de la législation et sa traduction en solutions
orientées client.
• Vous êtes un bon communicateur, orienté résultats, autonome et organisé.
• En tant que joueur d’équipe, vous collaborez aisément avec les parties prenantes internes et
externes.
• Vous êtes capable de transmettre des informations techniques de manière claire à des collègues ou
clients non techniques.
• Vous êtes néerlandophone avec une bonne connaissance du français et de l’anglais.
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement MS Office 365.
