How you'll make an impactThe Client Compliance Administrator Associate position oversees the administration and management of eligibility audits, and provides research assistance to all team members of the Client Contracts and Compliance department. This administrator works with clients to ensure timely, accurate responses!
List of Essential Duties:
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to mid-level professionals
- Assists in budget preparation and control activities.
- May assist in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, and more!
- Coordinates programs, projects, and/or processes surrounding the operating unit served.
- May serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
- Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks including data entry or similar activities.
- May perform processing tasks in one or more of the following areas including policy checking, check processing, policy cancellations, etc.
- Preparing source data by compiling and organizing; outline reporting on processing activities; Coding documents; Audit processing; Maintaining niche and comprehensive records and filing;
- Working in multiple software platforms
- Handling various types of incoming mail
- Adheres to productivity and process standards, such as data and document requirements, timelines, tool and resource usage, etc.
- Work with the Compliance and Contracts team on all eligibility verification processes including external correspondence to participants, appointment scheduling, completing document verification, and providing client/customer service
- Travel to work sites of auditable entities to perform off-site eligibility verifications
About You- High school diploma and 2 years related experience required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
- Need to possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High level communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a highly resourceful team player.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to work well under pressure, with patience and resiliency.
