Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and presenting the organization as an employer of choice by promoting the brand, culture, and values to attract top talent. The role collaborates with stakeholders to understand talent needs, identifies process improvements, and generates recruitment related analytics. They build candidate pipelines, conduct candidate screening, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires through a smooth process.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Schedules and manages interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Represents the organization as an employer of choice by promoting its brand and values to potential candidates and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
• Creates and posts job openings on various job boards and the company's career website and conducts activities such as writing job descriptions, formatting postings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Collaborates with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs and priorities and ensures alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Partners with hiring managers and other stakeholders to identify talent requirements, personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required to fill vacant positions.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Initiates contact with candidates and conducts prescreening of candidates and assess candidates on required qualifications, and cultural fit and refers them for additional interviews.
• Facilitates the onboarding process, coordinates new hire paperwork, conducts orientation sessions, and supports the onboarding period to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the recruitment process and contributes to the implementation of best practices.
• Generates recruitment related reports and analytics to track key metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and diversity hiring initiatives.
• Provides insights for continuous improvement of the recruitment process, right from sourcing to final onboarding and stays up to date with industry best practices and standards.
Work Experience and Education:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources and Business Administration preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
Licenses & Certifications:
• Certified Talent Acquisition Professional (CTAP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) a plus
• LinkedIn Recruiter Certification a plus

The target salary range for this position is $64,750.00 - $80,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
