How you'll make an impactConcentrated on supporting professional services communications Team, projects, and deliverables in collaboration with internal client group(s). Contributes in developing and delivering high quality internal communication assets to support internal projects to drive consistent communication practices. Key responsibilities include: Writing, translating and/or editing of various assets in support of projects, publications or communications; Writing, editing, and coordinating content for internal SharePoint sites (English and/or Spanish); Supporting events, including coordination activities, planning, development of assets and communications; and Aiding in development and maintenance of integrated digital communications calendar and supporting project assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring standard communication documentation and templates are created are stored in an organized way; Formatting/packaging and organizing assets prior to delivery to clients; and Collaborating with business partners on various projects, providing communications collateral.
- May support coordination of the internal translation process for internal-based employee content, including coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver assets.
- Performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts and procedures typically on assignments of low to moderate complexity.
About YouRequired:
- Bachelor's degree; 0-1 years related experience required.
- Experience in, and ability to write and edit basic communications for varied audiences. Proficient in using MS Office applications with key strengths in PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Able to create basic work plans, update spreadsheets, schedule meetings, create agendas, and follow up on deliverables.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Up to 10% travel.
Desired:
- Directly applicable experience in communication writing, development, planning and/or editing of content.
- Strong proficiency in writing, editing and translating in English and Spanish languages. Ability to write, edit or translate in French Canadian or Portuguese, a plus.
- Prior experience in the financial services or insurance brokerage industry is a plus.
