About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Credit Control Officer to join our Auckland based Finance team on a 12-month contract to assist with credit control operations, month end processes, reporting and projects.
This role will see responsibility for:
- Revenue receipts allocation, upload and reconciliation
- Pending and disputed receipts resolution
- Outstanding revenue recovery
- Month-end Processes including bank reconciliations and data uploads
- Unallocated cash reconciliation
- Preparing daily revenue allocation workflow statistics
- Preparing weekly outstanding revenue recovery workflow statistics
- Preparing weekly unaccounted cash workflow statistics
- Ad hoc tasks as requested
About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled individual with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal person will:
- Be proficient in in Microsoft especially Excel (preferably at an intermediate level)
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities
- Have impeccable attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational skills
