Executive Assistant to support our
Co-CEO and contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of our organization. This is an in-office position that also offers the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week after completion of training.

As the Executive Assistant you will report to the Co-CEO and play a pivotal role in being more than an assistant, you will serve as a strategic partner in shaping our success. This role involves a variety of high-level administrative tasks, requiring exceptional organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include
- Prioritization & Planning: Serve as a strategic partner to the Co-CEO, helping prioritize objectives and drive key initiatives.
- Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the Co-CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Time Management: Function as a gatekeeper, ensuring effective time management and prioritization.
- Expense Reporting: Oversee expense reporting, approvals, and budget tracking.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Correspondence: Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the Co-CEO.
- Organization: Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Corporate Event Planning: Coordinate and execute corporate events and team functions.
- Team-Player: Facilitate communication between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Professionalism: Represent the Co-CEO professionally in all interactions.
- Personal Assisting: Assist with personal matters as needed.

Qualifications
- Administrative Experience: 3-5+ years experience of executive support at the C-Suite level.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred but not required.

- Confidentiality: Discretional in handling confidential information.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.).
