The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. The role analyzes workforce data, forecasts future staffing needs and develops strategies to optimize employee performance and productivity. Key responsibilities include:
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and forecast future staffing needs.
• Develop and implement workforce planning models and strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to understand staffing requirements.
• Monitor and report on workforce metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct regular assessments of workforce capabilities and gaps.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze workforce trends and forecast future staffing needs to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce plans that optimize employee utilization and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor workforce planning staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including turnover rates and employee satisfaction levels.
- Manage inventory of human resources, ensuring that the right talent is available at the right time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (required)
- 5-8 years of experience in workforce planning for back-office operations (required)
