Join our team as a Senior Integration Technical Architect — a key technical leadership role with hands-on responsibilities in the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise API, event, and microservices-based integration solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the integration architecture vision, enabling modern, scalable integration capabilities, and supporting innovation across our digital ecosystem, including GenAI-driven use cases. You will work closely with enterprise architects, platform engineers, and domain teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and intelligent integration solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and Deliver Modern Integration Solutions: Design and implement scalable, cloud-native integration solutions using Apigee (API management), Confluent Kafka (event streaming), and container-based microservices on GCP and AWS.
- AI-Driven Integration: Lead the integration of GenAI capabilities into business workflows by designing APIs and streaming pipelines that securely connect AI models with enterprise systems and data.
- Integration Patterns & Reusability: Build and evolve reusable integration patterns, templates, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and promote platform adoption.
- Integration Strategy, Standards, and Governance: Define, socialize, and enforce enterprise-wide integration standards and best practices for APIs, events, and microservices, supporting secure and scalable architecture across the organization.
- Platform Enablement: Contribute to platform capabilities including API lifecycle automation, observability, developer self-service enablement, and CI/CD integration to improve developer experience and operational excellence.
- Hands-on Implementation: Drive proof-of-concepts and critical implementations to validate architecture decisions and enable delivery teams through hands-on technical leadership.
- Innovation and Research: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies — including GenAI, low-code integration tools, and event-driven platforms — to inform and advance platform strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with enterprise and domain architects, business stakeholders, and product owners to align integration solutions with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles.
- Project and Delivery Leadership: Provide architecture leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle — collaborate with delivery managers to shape technical backlogs, assess feasibility, estimate complexity, and ensure architecture standards are applied during solution implementation.
- Quality Oversight: Ensure integration solutions are secure, resilient, and performant, and support observability, test automation, and fault tolerance through architectural best practices.
