This roles partners with multiple areas of the enterprise to provide overall direction, guidance, and oversight of the strategy, development, implementation, governance, and administration of strategic business processes and technology transformation—the ideal candidate with deep experience leading large, complex efforts. Significant P&C Insurance and Underwriting experience is required.
The role works a structured hybrid schedule from an IAT’s office. We are in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Occasional travel may be required. Full-time remote will be considered.
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Works with the program manager to successfully initiate the project adhering to the established governance process.
- Accurately scopes and estimates the projects and develops realistic, workable plans, costs, and timelines.
- Identifies and delegates tasks with concrete due dates and criteria for successful completion.
- Effectively manages projects, incorporating appropriate communication, feedback, and follow-through.
- Proactively monitors progress, identifying and managing risks and issues, and makes mid-course adjustments, as needed.
- Ensures the appropriate level of stakeholder involvement.
- Provides day to day guidance to Transformation consultants on deliverables, and approach.
- Creates change management and process approaches that are custom to the project.
- Conducts transformation training both to internal and external resources in both virtual and in-person settings impacted by the change.
- Ensures the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
- Identifies, secures, and manages required resources (vendor and internal).
- Contributes to project initiation materials (e.g., CBA, approval presentations).
- Applies project and program management methodologies and best practices.
- Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and project resources.
- Professionally influences and leads others in a matrix environment.
- Communicates clearly and concisely across various levels with the organization and tailors the message according to the audience.
- Manages vendor relationships.
- Manages expectations to sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

Compensation:
Please note, that the annual gross salary range associated with this posting is $92,800 - $146,800. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary, performance-based bonus opportunities, 401(K) match, profit-sharing opportunities, and more.
