Recruitment:
- Manage end- to-end recruitment processes for positions across Latin America, Puerto Rico and Miami.
- Source candidates.
- Conduct research via LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, manage background checks and facilitates the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update records in the applicant tracking system (Workday).
Administrative Support
- Assist the HR Generalist with onboarding tasks, including preparing new hire packages and employment contracts.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as translations, amendment to employment contracts, perform secondary reviews, time tracking and others.
- Support HR related projects and duties as assigned by the HR Generalist.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- A strong interest in recruiting within a Corporate Human Resources department.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in computer applications: Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using Workday a plus but not required.
