Position Summary
The Senior Premium Financing Associate is responsible for managing and overseeing premium financing operations within the organization. This role involves working closely with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of premium financing transactions.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the premium financing process.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of premium financing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on potential financing deals to mitigate risks and ensure sound financial decisions.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation for premium financing transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to evaluate the viability and profitability of premium financing deals.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments in the premium financing industry to provide informed recommendations and insights.
• Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, legal, and operations, to facilitate seamless transaction processing.
• Educate clients on premium financing options, benefits, and potential risks, helping them make informed decisions.
• Generate regular reports on premium financing activities, performance metrics, and market trends for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in premium financing operations.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses & Certifications:
· Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is $64,750.00 - $64,750.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
