PURPOSE: The Account Executive serves as the direct link between our internal business units and our clients during the onboarding process and throughout the life of the business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Sales to prospect new business
- Engages regularly with Sales team to understand marketplace changes
- Project Manages by creating and implementing timelines for projects
- Identifies, engages, and coordinates internal subject matter experts and resources as applicable in order to provide comprehensive delivery of AmWINS service to the client
- Designs and builds full client presentations, to include client service plans and schedules
- Provides technical knowledge and guidance during the onboarding process in collaboration with the Operations Analysts team
- Anticipates and mitigates crises challenges to each client’s business
- Assists with development and implementation of new policy and procedures necessary to efficiently coordinate with carrier regulations, internal and external departments.

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) and at least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
