Technical Analyst supports the organization by processing incoming submissions and communicating with distribution partners around submissions and underwriting documents.
Experience And Skillset - one year of office work experience or college degree

Technical Analyst General Duties
- Creating submissions in the agency management system.
- Setting up renewal submissions in the agency management system.
- Determining whether or not a submission is blocked by the market or cleared for underwriting.
- Assessing nearby exposed risks against the insured locations, when necessary.
- Maintain active agent and agency databases.
- Perform general administrative support to the underwriting team.
- Request loss runs from Third Party Administrators.
- Ensuring compliance with certified mail requirements.
- Follow up with brokers for missing documentation in the underwriting file.
- Follow up with brokers for commercial property inspection documentation.
- Perform a variety of monthly and daily workflow tasks in a workflow management
system.
