Responsible for first class advice on Business Protection and High Net Worth individual policies, ensuring clients have access to the correct solution, maximising sales performance and exceeding sales targets and client’s expectations. Requirements
- Drive and determination
- Track record of personal sales success
- In depth knowledge of Personal Protection policies
- First class communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to exceed client expectations
- Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
- Personal Protection or Broker sales experience
Responsibilities
- Offer the most appropriate Business Protection or High Net Worth solution
- Exceed sales targets
- Effectively manage own workload to balance client commitments and sales targets
- Manage client expectations on underwriting decisions and effectively move cases through the underwriting process taking responsibility for engaging with clients, insurers and medical resources.
- Keep knowledge up to date and engage with insurers and BDMs to ensure at forefront of protection solutions
- Any other reasonable tasks required by the business
- Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation, and the insurance industry, acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures, keeping up to date with any changes and sharingthis knowledge with colleagues
