Job Type: FTC – 12 months
Location: Edinburgh. This is a hybrid role with 2 – 3 days per week spent working in the office.

The role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our friendly 56° Campaign Team in Workplace Trading. Balancing strategic thinking with creativity and fun, you’ll develop creative, integrated marketing campaigns and communication materials and implement strategies that support Workplace trading objectives. You’ll have experience working across multiple stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively to meet goals.
What are we looking for?
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the planning, implementation, and delivery of marketing campaign activity, to drive trading objectives and meet the member engagement objectives of our largest Workplace clients
- Represents the member engagement needs of our largest Workplace clients in multi-channel campaigns and projects
- Monitors, reviews and measures campaign performance against set KPIs and objectives and provides insights to the wider Workplace team
- Works closely with third parties, including agencies, to brief requirements and provide relevant insights
- Consults and collaborates with SMEs such as creative, content, brand and compliance to plan and deliver innovative campaigns
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in designing marketing communications and supporting integrated campaigns and propositional developments, ideally within the DC pensions industry
- Experience in operational details of campaign execution, including data analysis, reporting and the ability to interpret metrics into actionable insights
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and optimisation
- A pragmatic, make-it-happen attitude while working to tight deadlines, showing initiative and applying creative thinking to evolve the way we work
