As a key member of HPW’s unique market-leading Marketing and Products (M&P) team, the incumbent will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is constantly looking for ways we can help our clients, sales consultants and channel partners solve practical issues in the sales and advisory process. As we strive to provide holistic wealth planning solutions to our clients that takes into account their legal, tax, succession planning and practical concerns, the issues we encounter tend to be complex and multi-faceted. The incumbent will therefore be working in a fast-paced environment where they not only look at legal/tax issues, but also participate in commercial and strategic discussions relating to our proposition within the wider private wealth ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with key referral partners to increase wealth management & life insurance planning awareness amongst their existing client base
- Assist to open up new referral partnerships through personal contacts and networks
- Provide market intelligence and monitor and prepare reports on business development activities including the penetration level of each key partner, conversion ratios etc.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal stakeholders as well as referral partners
- Institutionalize individual banker relationships where needed
- Differentiate and promote Howden Private Wealth based on our thought leadership expertise to develop business opportunities
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements as well as group policies/procedures
- Conduct coaching/ training sessions for referral partners to raise awareness of importance of wealth management and life insurance planning
- Collaborate closely with referral partners to identify client opportunities for wealth management services
- Plan and Support all introducer and client marketing events
- Support in the business administration of general documentation, setting up of meetings and medicals
Job Requirements
- Experience in the distribution and/ or sales of wealth management services, with particular focus on life insurance products, as well as experience in the HNW space
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Wealth Management industry
- Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English and a confident presenter
- Ideally licensed in Thailand to conduct life insurance advisory
- Entrepreneurial and able to work independently
- Passionate about the importance of wealth planning
