This role will be working on a team to ensure customer satisfaction, assisting in numerous projects across various departments, always checking accuracy and integrity of our system.
Assignment Details:
• This role will be a hybrid role, requiring some in office days
• Up to 5 month assignment
• Hours are typical 8-5 Monday - Friday
• Possible additional hours required
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Documenting customer information into our systems
- Recording data by scanning and filing
- Giving full attention to detail
- Working on projects as assigned
- Spreadsheet work through Microsoft Excel
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering telephones to direct calls or respond to inquiries
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or more years administrative or clerical work
- Typing skills required, at least 60 WPM
- Exposure to Microsoft Office
