A day in the life.
The Corporate Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting national internal partners and their marketing and communication effort. As a project manager and marketing strategist, you will work with MMA leaders and marketing team members to identify goals, develop content, and ensure that projects/campaigns are delivered on time and drive successful colleague engagement outcomes. The Communications Specialist will work closely with various MarComm teams and drive collaboration with additional MMA departments and vendor partners.

• Marketing, communications or internal communications experience required.
• Ability to think strategically and implement tactically; good analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and present information; expert skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Project management work experience.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive communication
• Ability to work with and influence a wide range of cross-functional work teams and leaders.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Well organized, strong attention to detail, and self-motivated.
• Adaptable to ever changing environment, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and
meet deadlines.
• Passionate, action-oriented, results-driven individual who enjoys people and engaging internal clients.
• Strong, independent worker but also a collegial team player.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,100 to $112,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
