The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across our onshore & offshore insurance operations. This role involves managing a team of quality analysts, implementing quality control measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage a team of quality analysts.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality analysts to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and development opportunities for quality analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance or a related field (required)
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management within the insurance industry improvement (required)
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
