We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Aggregator Team as a Senior Aggregator Executive.
Reporting to the Aggregator Manager, you will build strong relationships with the Aggregators and internal teams to ensure day to day BAU runs smoothly. You will manage change, review aggregator performance and trends to identify and maximise commercial opportunities

Salary Information
Pay: Circa £38,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
As the Senior Aggregator Executive, you will;
- Generate and present weekly performance data and insights to the Head of Trading .
- Complete internal performance monitoring MI and competitor monitoring, thereafter, reviewing the trends and reporting on the performance and movement to key stakeholders and also identifying and recommending areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing management and administration of change activity for the channel including, working with the Aggregator Managers to ensure any changes made by the aggregators are compliant, communicated and executed internally where necessary
- Support the Aggregator Managers in managing the day-to-day operational relationships with all aggregators, including:
- Coordinating sales reconciliations and payment of commissions with the Aggregator Executives
- Preparing for key aggregator meetings, including slide pack production and any supporting data or analysis required
- Ensure Account Bibles are current and up to date
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage aggregator queries, and support implementation of aggregator initiatives and promotions.
- Coordinate and manage onsite audit activity with aggregators; working with internal stakeholders and aggregators to deliver to the scope of each audit – and follow through on action plans as appropriate.
- Participate in projects/initiatives as directed by the Aggregator Managers and Head of Trading
- Manage risk events and error resolution from notification through to implementation of fix, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and providing appropriate communications throughout.
Essential Skills
To be successful in this role you will be/have;
- An understanding of Financial Services, the aggregator business model, and the regulatory framework that governs this.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational and time management skills. Able to work on multiple tasks concurrently
- High level of numeracy and commercial awareness
- Effective stakeholder management skills, able to influence sideways and upwards in a confident, persuasive and tactful and manner
- Innovative – able to think outside of the box and problem solve and seek opportunities to improve channel performance
- Experience of distilling complex data and concepts into digestible information and formats with clear commentary about the issues at hand
- Flexible mind-set and “can do” attitude, able to work in a pressured and changing environment
- Strong collaboration skills and team-orientated.
- Strong Excell, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong knowledge of the AZ General Insurance products is desirable
