We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler to join our brand-new Mid Net Worth team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of MNW clients, handling new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals, while providing comprehensive client service.
We will rely on you to:
Handle new and existing customer enquiries for Mid-Net Worth clients, managing new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals with full client servicing.
Support clients as part of a dedicated team, ensuring all requests are dealt with promptly, correctly, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers to secure the best terms and pricing for clients.
Gather relevant client information and documentation, produce required policy documents, and maintain accurate records of all communications.
Focus on client retention and portfolio growth through excellent relationship management, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
What you need to have:
Previous experience in a client/customer-facing role, which may come from insurance or other sectors such as retail, hospitality, or food & beverage.
Strong literacy, numeracy, administration, and communication skills demonstrated through qualifications or education.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when needed.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar software tools.
