As a member of the AI Strategy & Governance Team, the Senior Specialist – Digital Workplace Enablement advances CNA’s digital workplace capabilities by managing AI governance controls, defining business use cases, piloting new technologies, and driving adoption of digital workplace tools. This role also supports AI literacy at CNA and serves as the product owner for digital workplace platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and SharePoint. The position collaborates across Technology, HR, and business units to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and value realization from digital workplace solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Define and document business use cases for digital workplace tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft 365 apps, Adobe).
Lead and coordinate business pilots for new technologies, including defining success criteria, onboarding users, coordinating testing, measuring results, and recommending next steps.
Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Business Relationship Management, and other stakeholders to ensure integration, governance, and best practices.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, digital workplace enablement, communications, or governance.
Applicable certifications (e.g., Agile, Product Owner, Microsoft 365, and Change Management) preferred.
In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
