Claims Administrator
Provide administrative support to the Personal Injury Claims Team to ensure the department operates efficiently on a day to day basis.
• To be responsible for all incoming post, scanning and distributing.
• Data entering claims onto our inhouse management systems.
• Supporting the claims team with general admin.
• Issuing payments to suppliers and customers.
• Assisting with diary management.
• Team filing and archiving.
• Processing bordereaux’s from a variety of suppliers.
• Processing windscreen payments.
• Processing addon claims.
• Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Skills and Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confident in dealing with staff at all levels.
• Good organisational skills.
• Accurate word processing capabilities.
• Basic ability to use spreadsheets.
Personal Qualities:
• Strong communication skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to Organise and prioritise.
