This Learning Change Consultants Manager role will oversee our Learning change proposition, ensuring we’re firmly future focused and meeting the needs of the business.
As the Learning Change Consultants Manager, you will lead the execution of learning initiatives for enterprise and local change programmes, providing expert consultancy on change and transformation efforts. Your role includes designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that align with business needs, Learning Academy standards, and legislative requirements. You will manage project plans, identify risks, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions that support organisational goals.
You'll prioritise and allocate resources for the Learning Change Consultants team, guiding them to deliver high-quality learning within strategic change programmes, projects, and BAU. Ensuring all learning activities are impactful, aligned with business objectives, and provide a positive experience for end users is key.
Working closely with stakeholders, you'll consult with project leads to design and implement effective learning solutions, manage risks, and deliver within agreed SLAs. Additionally, as part of the HR Management Team, you'll contribute to improving HR services while motivating your team to maximise their impact on the business.
About you:
Able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, you effectively manage and motivate a team while building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A confident influencer, able to consult with senior leaders and project sponsors, you proactively shape change initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. You bring strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing strategic and operational tasks. You’re also adaptable and have a firm focus on collaboration and driving continuous improvement across HR and Learning functions.
In addition, you must also demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in learning analysis, programme design, delivery, and management in a complex multi programme/ project environment
- Proven experience in leading matrix teams to achieve results in a complex business
- Proven experience in leading people change initiatives and managing project portfolios within a complex business environment.
- Proven experience of working with project and change management processes and best practices (ADDIE, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile)
- In depth experience of ADKAR and supporting people change initiatives in complex organisations
- Deep understanding of people change initiatives and various Org Design principles (McKinsey 7-S Model, Galbraith Star Model, Burke Litwin Model)
- In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks including ADDIE and ADKAR
- Desirable: Graduate CIPD or equivalent qualification (Level 5 and above) / Project Management Qualification. (Prince 2, APMQ, PROSCI)
