About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator with UK insurance experience to join our small team in Shoreham by Sea. You’ll support compliance and regulatory activities across our insurer and broker partnerships, while also assisting the operational team when needed.
What you will be doing
- Liaising with external brokers and reviewing management information for regulatory reporting
- Supporting product governance reviews and submissions to insurers
- Conducting market benchmarking and compiling analysis reports
- Reviewing and issuing policy wording in collaboration with insurers
- Carrying out onboarding checks and desktop audits for brokers and third-party suppliers
- Assisting with broker and claims administrator referrals
- Reviewing claims data in line with contractual requirements
Who we are looking for
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Solid understanding of UK insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience working with brokers, insurers, or third-party administrators
- Proficiency in Excel and data reporting
- Comfortable using Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support wider team activities
