We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving governance, reporting, and compliance around asset management processes, with a strong focus on inventory control and license management. Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management is essential.

What will your job entail?
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Lifecycle Management:
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (hardware and software) from procurement to retirement, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation.
Inventory Control:
Maintain up-to-date inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure physical and logical asset reconciliation.
Software License Management:
Monitor software license usage, ensure proper allocation, and proactively notify stakeholders when renewals or additional licenses are needed.
ServiceNow Expertise:
Utilize ServiceNow for asset tracking, reporting, and workflow automation. Maintain and improve asset-related modules and integrations.
Governance & Reporting:
Develop and maintain governance frameworks for asset management. Generate regular reports on asset utilization, compliance, and lifecycle status.
Vendor Coordination:
Collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure timely delivery, warranty tracking, and support for hardware/software assets.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in current asset management processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, preferably in a global organization.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management modules.
Strong understanding of hardware and software asset lifecycle.
Experience in software license tracking and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with Power BI is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
