What can you expect in this role?
- Reporting to the Director, Sales & Distribution – Direct Channels, you’ll be at the heart of Sonnet’s growth engine. This role is all about driving operational excellence, unlocking insights, and fueling strategic partnerships across our Sales & Distribution team.
- You’ll lead the charge on evaluating and onboarding new partners for Sonnet’s Affinity business, optimizing performance across sales channels, and delivering high-impact reporting and analysis. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, finance, analytics, legal, tech, and customer care—to bring bold ideas to life and support double-digit growth.

You’ll work on initiatives that directly contribute to Sonnet’s growth strategy, influence senior leadership, and help shape the future of our distribution model. Strategic Partnerships & Onboarding
- Identify and assess new partner opportunities to expand Sonnet’s Affinity footprint.
- Lead operational setup and onboarding, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Sales Channel Optimization
- Monitor performance across assisted sales, aggregator channels, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
Partner Reporting & Business Operations
- Analyze marketing efforts and measure impact to inform future strategies.
- Support the full spectrum of Affinity business operations—from reporting, payments and renewal tracking to RFP monitoring and Salesforce audits.
- Ensure compliance and champion best practices across Sales & Distribution.
- Provide ad-hoc support for Petline Sonnet Sales & Distribution as needed.
What do you bring to the role?
- A university degree or college diploma in a relevant field
- 3–4 years of experience in operations within insurance or financial services (insurance experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with ease
Salary Range: $51,300 - $94,400
