As a Data Analyst, you will be the primary architect for bridging information gaps within our operational ecosystem, specifically around Work Force Planning, policy lifecycle task mix between onshore and offshore, and other data needs. Job requires a self-starter, drive ideas, identify data gaps, analyze/recommend/communicate data findings to leadership for action and build out reporting.
This is a critical role designed to transform our raw insurance data into actionable business intelligence. You will be responsible for identifying data discrepancies, standardizing reporting structures, and ensuring that our Operational Leadership has the insights needed to drive growth and efficiency throughout the policy lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive audits of existing datasets to identify missing, inconsistent, or siloed information across the brokerage's various databases (e.g.: AIM/ImageRight) and policy management systems.
- Data Remediation: Develop and execute workflows to clean and reconcile historical data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain automated reports and visual dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with Work Force Management – building, maintaining various data sets related to mix of on and offshore support
- Operational Optimization: Analyze internal processes to identify where data entry bottlenecks occur and propose solutions to streamline data collection.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRC Operations, Outsource Vendor(s), Accounting, and IT to ensure data integrity at every stage of the policy lifecycle
- Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and internal performance patterns to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to see the "story" behind the numbers and identify what is missing. Be able to sanity check data prior to release
- Detail Orientation: A meticulous approach to data validation and error detection.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to move beyond simple data entry to high-level process improvement.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical language for Operational and Business Leadership
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel (mid to advance usage – up to Macros) required
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau – Monday.com a plus
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying a plus
- Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as AIM, ImageRight a plus
