Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Property Claims Adjuster to join our team located on-site in Thunder Bay, ON. In this role, you will handle property claims, investigate and evaluate damages, and determine appropriate resolutions. Responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections, analyzing insurance policies, compiling reports, negotiating settlements, and maintaining accurate records. You will regularly communicate with clients, policyholders, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure claims are managed efficiently and with integrity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Claim Investigation, Property Assessment, and Damage Evaluation
- Proficiency in Report Writing, Document Preparation, and Data Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Insurance Policies, Regulations, and Industry Standards
- Ability to work on-site in Thunder Bay, ON, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Possession of required adjuster licenses or the willingness to obtain them
- Proficiency in computer systems and claims management software
- Prior experience in property claims or a similar role is highly beneficial
