This role will define, build, and shape the functions and purpose of our Salesforce platform across the entire company. This role works in tandem with the entire sales and service teams to understand their needs and requirements in Salesforce use and design and will liaise with the IT development team to deliver and maintain the best platform possible.
This is a remote role. Our teams are able to collaborate using video and screen sharing technology which means you'll feel like you’re part of the team while also enjoying the convenience of working from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow & maintain the relationships with Sales and Service teams to stay abreast of upcoming Salesforce demands for the company.
• Work with other business managers to ensure best practices are shared and adopted.
• Develop strategic vision and playbooks to maximize net sales revenue across both new sales, add-on and upsell.
• Understand business processes and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations.
• Develop and maintain process automation & dashboards for efficiency and scale for routine manual tasks for faster decision-making.
• Work with internal clients to clearly understand their needs, document the high-level requirements and validate the requirements to make sure the solution is aligned to their expectation.
• Lead a functional team and facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal stakeholders.
• Work across sales and service teams to optimize SFDC integration, driving adoption and providing ongoing enhancements to meet internal team’s satisfaction requirements and demand.
• Guide the development of materials required for workshop sessions.
• Understand Agile framework and agile ceremonies.
• Design the UAT phase to review the final solution against the requirements.
• Develop an overall project plan that includes detailed release, outage and launch approaches.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 8-10 years’ experience in product management, partnership management, strategic partnerships, or management consulting.
• 4 or more years’ experience with Salesforce.com platform
