The Data Analytics Consultant serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering advanced data‑driven insights that support decision‑making and improve operational performance. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and create dashboards and visualizations that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to data architecture and governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and effective integration across systems.
This position requires strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, and modern BI tools, along with the ability to communicate analytical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences. You will collaborate across teams, help guide best practices in analytics, and support enterprise initiatives that enhance business strategy and outcomes.

Data Analysis & Insight Development
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets toidentifytrends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness, performingrootcauseanalysis on anomalies.

Works independently, receiving minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience by providing instruction, guidance, and advice.
Reporting Relationship Director or above.
Skills,Knowledgeand Abilities:
Proficiencywith analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, ThoughtSpot, or similar.
Knowledge of other cloud platforms likeAzure, AWS, Snowflake, Oracle Analytics, is an added advantage.

In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $54,000 to $103,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
