Job Purpose (Advert wording) |
Under supervision from LVS Management and operating strictly within FCA Principles and Guidelines. The job holder will act as the gatekeeper for data provided by our external customers and that which appears in CRISP via the Extranet. Also required to provide an efficient administration for the registration of our customers, data input and general support services within the QGU Department. |
Key Responsibilities: |
- To be responsible for the administration of developer and builder registrations, which includes the assisting of renewal rating decisions based on the information provided
- To ensure the client registration process is administered efficiently, dealing with registration renewal queries and issue relevant documentation
- Effective use of systems and tools including but not limited to websites such as Creditsafe, D&B and Companies House
- Involvement in internal business user Extranet queries as well as vetting (authorising & declining) data added via the Extranet
- Owning all aspects of data transfer from Extranet to CRISP within agreed Service Levels, ensure that all data is clean, not duplicated and accurate.
- DocuSign processing – for Quote Acceptance generation
- Input data into Crisp accurately and in a timely manner
- Liaise with sales representatives and CSU regarding Client Registrations
- To ensure the maintenance of adequate client records to demonstrate compliance with FCA requirements and facilitate regulatory reporting
- To collate and issue all documentation as required
- To communicate effectively with relevant internal parties
- To ensure strict adherence with Company procedures and external Compliance regulations

Skills & Experience |
- Experience of dealing both internal and external customers on highly detailed and sometimes sensitive issues
- Ability to make accurate recommendations based on the information gathered from relevant parties, all in line with designated authority levels and company guidelines
- Demonstrable ability to use own initiative, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of FCA Principles and how they relate to the role of Admin Assistant & Registrations Handler
- Required level of technical skills in order to use of IT equipment and related software applications
- Ability to develop and maintain accurate files and records
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Planning, organising and co-ordinating skills
- Professional, courteous and confident telephone manner
- High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels - both orally and in writing
- Excellent organisation ability and sound planning skills
- Ability to carry out general administration and clerical tasks to excellent standards
