Position Summary
This position will be developing, implementing, and maintaining Unqork software solutions that enable business operations to realize company goals & objectives. The incumbent performs analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and support of the complex and/or larger impact software application systems.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
An Unqork Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications on the Unqork no‑code platform. In this role you will be focused on building and supporting a digital underwriting workbench application that streamlines Ryan Specialty's entire insurance policy lifecycle by unifying multiple specialized underwriting workflows utilizing modern no‑code architecture.
Work Experience and Education:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science / Engineering. MS degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of software development experience with Unqork
• Experience in developing software applications on the assigned software platform or technology.

The target salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
