Role Description
This is a full-time Director in Cyber Claims position based on-site in New York, NY. The role involves managing and overseeing complex cyber insurance claims while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing claims with precision, collaborating cross-functionally to manage and resolve claims efficiently, and implementing effective claims management strategies. The Director will also provide leadership, support and guidance to team members and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Claims Management and Claims Handling with a focus on cybersecurity and insurance claims processes
- Comprehensive experience in Insurance with understanding of related policies, processes, and risk assessment
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
- Knowledge of cyber-related risks and insurance coverage will be highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications in insurance or cybersecurity are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
