Job Description
What you will do:
- Research and identify how existing LLMs and AI tools (e.g., Genie, ChatGPT, OpenAI) can support daily tasks and workflows for roles within Operations, Claims, Customer Service, Underwriting, and IT.
- Interview and collaborate with team members across departments to understand their routine challenges and needs.
- Map out specific job functions and propose practical, low-integration ways to use LLMs (such as automating responses, drafting communications, summarizing documents, or assisting with research).
- Develop training guides or quick-reference materials to help staff use AI-powered assistants for tasks like policy review, claims documentation, customer inquiries, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Test and evaluate existing AI tools in real-world scenarios relevant to Travel Insured International—documenting outcomes, user experience, and measurable improvements.
- Prepare role-specific recommendations for utilizing LLMs and AI tools, detailing how each department or position can benefit from adoption.
- Present findings and easy-to-implement solutions to relevant stakeholders, focusing on immediate efficiency gains rather than complex integrations.
- Support the creation of "best practice" templates or process enhancements to foster broader adoption of AI tools within day-to-day operations.
- Other duties as assigned
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional communications skills, both oral and written
- Personal concern, interest, pride and accountability in all areas of responsibility
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organization and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or a related field from an accredited College/University
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and digital innovation in the insurance industry.
- Experience with research, business analysis, or process improvement (coursework or projects).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools, or data analytics platforms.
