As a Claims Support Advisor there may work may be additional work available in the evenings or weekend for those based locally.

What the programme involves
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Handling and processing relevant documents accurately
- Providing empathetic and professional support to all our travel customers
- Guiding customers clearly through the claims process to deliver excellent service
What we need from you
- Available to attend and fully commit to 2 weeks of training over Easter starting Monday 30th March
- Work Monday to Friday between 09.00 -17.30
- Customer service experience - helpful but not essential
- Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
- Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers

We provide a comprehensive training and onboarding programme for all new staff. This programme is the start of a learning journey which involves regular coaching, feedback and skill development. Our investment in you allows you to grow and progress for the longer term. If you have less than 18 months remaining on your visa, we may still consider you for one of our roles if you can provide one of the following:
