You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth by offering tailored insurance solutions to individual clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering exceptional service to build long-term relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including inbound, outbound, web enquiries.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the clients' personal insurance requirements.
- Present and explain insurance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage options.
- Prepare and advise potential clients with customised insurance proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Continuously update knowledge of Gallagher's personal lines products and services.=
- Work closely with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure the delivery of our tailored insurance solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of our sales strategies.
- APA or CIP insurance qualification is required.
- Previous personal lines experience on a new business or retention team is an advantage.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Persuasive and confident sales abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
