Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on aligning the platform with business objectives and industry best practices.

What will your job entail?

Responsibilities:

·Solution Design:

Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems.

·Platform Configuration:

Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to optimize functionality and meet organizational needs.
Implement best practices for system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications.

·Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to ServiceNow development and administration teams.
Stay abreast of emerging ServiceNow trends, features, and functionalities.

·Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·Governance and Best Practices:

Establish and enforce governance and best practices for ServiceNow development and administration.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.

ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer) is highly desirable.

Modules: ITSM (must have), ITOM (must have), ITAM (nice to have), SecOps (nice to have), and HRIS (nice to have)

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
