International Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party claims administration team that provides claims services for Lloyd's, self-insured entities, and organizations with high deductibles.
We have an existing opportunity to add a Claims Administrator to our team! This role will report into our Toronto office. You will need to be technically strong, a good planner and organizer, understand key issues, and provide solid solutions. You'll need to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited about the challenges of a growing organization.
Please note this is a Hybrid role. The successful candidate will be required to work both from home and from our Toronto Front Street location.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter claims and financial data in various databases and reconcile with our internal systems
- Prepare financial and data reports as required
- Troubleshoot data conflicts directly with clients and examiners
- Participate in building and/or enhancing system processes and connections
- Support the development of dashboards and data reporting tools
Qualifications & Experience
- Post-secondary education being an asset
- Completion of the CIP program courses or working towards the CIP designation is an asset
- 2-3 years’ experience in an claims review or relevant claims adjustment support role is an asset
- Exposure to the Lloyd's market and Lineage claims system would be an asset
- Advanced Excel Skills and knowledge of PowerBI and Data Analytics Expressions (DAX)
- Previously demonstrated ability to execute high attention to detail and strong analytical skill
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and proven organizational skills
- Demonstrated behaviours showing initiative and follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated professionalism and work ethic
- Proven ability to contribute to and work well within a team environment, as well as work independently
- Intermediate experience with Word and Excel skills are required
- All other computer applications – must have the aptitude and ability to learn as required
- Detail Oriented with a customer service focus
- Positive team dynamics

What we offer:
Salary range – $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. Salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and internal equity
