Position Summary
The Account Executive supports a middle-market insurance brokerage team that specializes in real estate–driven accounts and a variety of commercial industries. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing and renewal lifecycle of client accounts, including policy submissions, renewals, endorsements, and client support.
The Account Executive works closely with brokers and carriers to ensure accurate policy administration, timely renewals, and strong client service. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and comfort working with insurance systems, data, and reporting tools such as Excel.
The team primarily supports middle market clients across industries such as real estate, healthcare, assisted living, and warehouse/distribution.
What will your job entail?
Account Management & Client Servicing:
Manage the renewal lifecycle of commercial insurance accounts
Support account submissions, renewals, and policy servicing
Issue insurance policies, binders, and endorsements
Maintain accurate policy documentation and client account records
Provide day-to-day customer service and account support
Carrier & Broker Coordination:
Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
Support brokers with submissions and market communications
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate coverage placement
Policy Administration:
Review insurance policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness
Process endorsements, binders, and policy updates
Assist with coverage analysis and renewal preparation
Systems & Data Management:
Utilize insurance brokerage systems such as Titan
Maintain client and policy records within agency management systems
Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and data analysis
Apply formulas and data tools to manage account information efficiently
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with brokers and senior team members on account servicing
Participate in hands-on training with senior leadership and internal training programs
Support team initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client service
Training & Onboarding:
This role provides hands-on training and mentorship from senior team members. New hires will receive guidance on:
Insurance account management processes
Brokerage systems such as Titan
Policy administration and renewal workflows
Carrier and broker communication practices
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in insurance, finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
Experience managing client accounts, financial data, or complex documentation
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data management
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial insurance or insurance brokerage
Experience with policy administration, renewals, or underwriting support
Familiarity with insurance agency management systems or brokerage platforms
Experience working with middle market commercial clients
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management

The target salary range for this position is $65,450.00 - $75,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
