Reporting to the Head of Sourcing and Supplier Management in Procurement, you'll lead a small team of Supplier Relationship Specialists and take accountability for the performance, governance and continuous improvement of our technology and IT supplier landscape for business-owned applications. This includes suppliers supporting systems, platforms, digital services and wider technology enabled change. You’ll develop and embed supply chain strategies, performance frameworks and governance models that ensure our supply chain deliver strong Quality, Cost, Delivery and Sustainability (QCDS) outcomes. A key focus of the role will be managing third party risk, resilience and compliance across critical technology suppliers, ensuring alignment with internal policies, regulatory expectations and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) standards. Working closely with senior stakeholders across IT, Digital, Legal, Operational Risk and the wider business, you’ll build strong, collaborative partnerships with suppliers to support both day-to-day service delivery and longer term technology strategy. About youYou’ll be an experienced supplier or relationship manager with strong specialist knowledge of IT procurement and supplier management practices, including experience of the tender lifecycle, contracting trends, licensing models and traditional and emerging contract and supplier performance models. You will bring the credibility, commercial judgement and influencing skills needed to engage senior stakeholders and manage complex supplier ecosystems, while leading and developing high performing team.
