Position Summary
Working in a high volume, multi-tasked, goal oriented, team environment, this position is responsible for processing all types of business transactions related to Billing our Builders Risk insurance products. Specialists handle incoming and outbound calls while providing high quality, elite customer service.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
•Handle incoming and outbound calls based on learned skill sets within required standards.
•Process business transactions for Billing and Agency commission transactions.
•Utilize company systems to enter all transactions while maintaining production and quality standards.
•Ensure all problems, processing and inquiries are handled efficiently within established time frames.
•Work in partnership with stakeholders and US Assure’s corporate vision and mission.
•Participate in knowledge transfer within team through one-on-one, on-the-job training and mentoring to others.
•Educate agents on commission information, portal access and account information

Minimum: High School or GED
Experience
Minimum: 2 years experience
Additional Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•General knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry.
•Proven ability to navigate accepted business software and systems.
•Proven ability to research systems and tools and work independently.
•Proven technical, computer and internet usage skills.
•Proven knowledge of customer service skills and strategies

The target hourly rate range for this position is $20.05 - $21.50 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
