Position Summary
The Principal, Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and implementing information systems that will meet or exceed the needs of the organization. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and clear insights into current business practices in related industries.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute system strategies that align with the business objectives.
• Guide and mentor a team of system architects and engineers.
• Ensure seamless integration of new and existing systems to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the system and create plans to mitigate these risks.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that specifications are met.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for IT systems and training materials for end users.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the company is leveraging current best practices.
• Implement and maintain security systems to ensure the protection of data and network infrastructure.
• Provide expertise in budget planning and cost estimation for IT projects.
Work Experience and Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 12 years of related experience; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.

The target salary range for this position is $172,000.00 - $215,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
