About the role:
We’re currently looking for a new Technical Business Analyst to join our Technology Team.
The ideal candidate will be looking to move from their software engineering role, into a product focused role. This is a low code / no code environment, where Tech governance and engineering practices are highly valued.
We are looking for an applicant that can work effectively in a team environment and has a strong customer service focus. Only applicants who have written code previously will be considered.

Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Working closely with Product Owners and the Technology Manager to deliver on product roadmaps.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Identifying and learning new technologies and their suitability in helping support ongoing improvements and new functionality.
- Technical design and development of more challenging business problems.
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the business.
About You:

- 2+ years’ experience in a software engineering or similar role
- Strong sense of accountability
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a small team
