During this temporary assignment, teammates will explore the CRC Group organization as a whole and the unique way each specific entity contributes to the overall success of the organization. Temporary teammates will gain general insurance and business insight, experience the organization’s culture, and play a meaningful role in supporting the organization’s goals. Temporary teammates will also continue to develop leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Temporary teammates work with various teammates in various entities to expand knowledge of Insurance.

Required Responsibilities:
- Learn about insurance, the industry workflow, and various divisions within the organization as assigned during the temporary assignment.
- Gain analytical, technical, and decision making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Complete special projects or assignments that assist the department in its mission and help the temporary teammate learn more about the corporate environment.
- Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and maintain professional composure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience or temporary assignment.
- Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership aptitude.
