We are looking for a Workday Finance & Procurement Systems Analyst to join our IT team and support our Finance and Procurement organizations. This role will focus on configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday Financial Management and Spend Management functionality under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building strong functional and technical skills within the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance and Procurement team members to help translate operational, reporting, and compliance requirements into effective Workday configurations
Support the configuration, review, and ongoing optimization of Workday Spend Management functionality, including:
Requisitions & Purchase Orders
Supplier Accounts
Supplier Contracts
Supplier Invoices & Matching
Expenses & Corporate Cards
Assist in building and maintaining Workday Business Process Framework (BPF) components, including:
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, ensuring data accuracy, appropriate security, and usability for business stakeholders (including Prism Analytics where applicable)
Support existing Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs) by helping with:
Qualifications & Experience
4 years of experience supporting Workday Financial Management, Procurement, or related ERP systems
Basic to intermediate understanding of Finance or Procurement business processes
Experience or exposure to Workday configuration, reporting, or integrations (hands-on or through support roles)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Willingness to learn Workday best practices, controls, and integration patterns
Ability to work collaboratively with senior analysts, IT peers, and business partners
Preferred Qualifications
Workday Financial Management or Procurement coursework or certifications (or actively pursuing)
Exposure to Workday Business Process Framework or reporting
Experience supporting production systems in an enterprise IT environment
