The successful candidate will be a
Property Lead Supervisor and will be working on a hybrid work setup in
Edmonton, Alberta with occasional travel to other branches
. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring effective service delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve professional’s diary worksheets, reports, work flow, and production.
- Provide technical instruction and supervision as required.
- Monitor time & expenses recording.
- Maintain up-to-date information on client expectations and Crawford standards.
- Measure performance against standard.
- Measure account compliance.
- Mentor and coach employees.
- Identify training requirements.
- Provide orientation and on the job training.
- Assist with customer relations programs.
- Follow-up on all client complaints.
- Complete sales calls as directed.
- Client, staff and vendor liaison.
- Implement final and interim billing procedures.
- Manage AR and WIP.
- Oversee supply, equipment, and systems management.
- Distribute and act on management information.
- Administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of functional and technical experience handling property claims.
- Alberta Independent Adjusting License Level 3
- Full CIP designation
- Post-secondary education.
- Technical training related to business unit/service line.
- Strong supervisory and team building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Continuous interaction with employees, customers, and clients for the exchange of information often requiring analysis of alternative courses of action.
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong report writing skills
- Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills
