You’ll transform complex data from multiple sources into trusted, reusable products that support reporting, analysis and self-service insight.You will be part of a growing data engineering team, working closely with colleagues who share a strong focus on data quality, continuous improvement and delivering real value through data. Your work will contribute directly to strategic priorities, helping others to understand the business through reliable and well-structured data.On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs, plan and prioritise your work, and deliver solutions that are easy to use and well supported. You will apply good engineering practices, taking part in design discussions and peer reviews, and ensuring your work is clear, well documented and maintainable.This role is based in Stratford upon Avon, with flexibility to work 80% of your time from home. You will be supported to develop your skills through hands on learning, support from peers, training and certification, and there are clear opportunities to progress into senior roles or broaden your experience across data and technology as your career grows.About youYou enjoy working with data that makes a difference, and you are motivated by turning complexity into clarity.
