Key Responsibilities include:
- Strategy: Define and execute company-wide data and analytics strategies, aligning with business goals and growth objectives.
- Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team setting clear priorities, establishing performance expectations, and building scalable delivery practices to meet business needs.
- Data Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time pipelines.
- Data Governance: Establish robust data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Executive Partnership: Partner with executive leadership to identify high-impact analytics opportunities and translate them into actionable insights.
- Advanced Analytics: Drive the development of advanced analytics models, predictive algorithms, and dashboards that inform strategic business decisions.
- Data-Driven Culture: Champion a data-driven culture across the organization through training, advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications include:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Data Analytics, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred); advanced degree a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years’ experience in data and analytics leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams and business operations.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in modern data platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Analytical Skills: A strategic mindset paired with hands-on technical proficiency leading to strong financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear business narratives.
- Execution: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Extremely high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail required.
